The role of Senior Accountant is a general practice role that includes statutory and management accounts preparation as well as corporate and personal tax. Many of the clients will require you to be their company accountant for their full business entity and so it will require a full analysis of their business entities.
The role sits within the specialist Music and Entertainment team which looks after high net worth individuals from Music and film.

Our client are a Top 50 Accountancy practice who have been well established in the market for a long time. Their Music and Entertainment team are a prominent part of the practice that have a lot of responsibility within the firm. The role of Senior Accountant sits just below manager level and will be pivotal in the future of the firm. The practice have a focus on organic growth and so internal progression is key. This means that A Senior Accountant will be given every opportunity to progress up the hierarchy.
Description
The role as a Senior Accountant is a general practice position that offers a full accounting service to a portfolio of clients. Services include:
Management Accounts
Statutory Accounts
Corporate Tax
Personal Tax
VAT
Profile
A successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years experience in an accountancy practice.
Previous experience of working within the music or entertainment industry isn't essential but would be preferred.
An Accounts Senior would be required to have experience with preparation of statutory and management accounts as well as tax experience.
Job Offer
£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + benefits
