Investor Relations Manager

My client is a leading Private Equity firm specialising in the secondary’s market. It is a high performing multinational firm that invests through funds as well as directly in companies. The firm is currently looking to appoint to an Investor Relations Manager.

The responsibilities of the role will include;  

• Creation of all external investor presentation material and communications.
• Analysing, interpreting and presenting information on existing and potential investments to ensure comprehensive data flow to current and potential investors.
• Having a thorough understanding of the firm’s current portfolio and investments that are in the pipeline.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Investment teams and external clients.

The Candidate;  

• Highly numerate with strong financial analysis skills, from investment banking, top tier accountancy firm or similar
• Accountancy qualification is desirable
• Experience in private equity preferable
• Ability to work confidently with key senior stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, efficient and able to take responsibility for tasks to completion
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
