My client is a leading Kent based organisation who are currently looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join them in the role of FP&A Manager.
This role has been created to support the business in understanding the financial performance of the Group and to provide financial insight to Senior Management and key stakeholders.
Core responsibilities will include:
• Leading the annual Budget, and monthly forecast processes - project manage to ensure timely delivery, and clearly explain business and financial drivers behind financial movements
• Produce Board packs & other management reports
• Produce KPI dashboards, highlighting trends and make recommendations
• Liaise with other Finance teams, to ensure a joined up approach towards business planning and forecasting
• Act as the interface between all areas of the Group to ensure key commercial and financial messages are clearly presented, including the latest financial projections and drivers of any movements
• Month-end reporting - analyse and clearly explain, to the board and senior management, the key performance drivers versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year
• Provide insightful analysis and review of business performance
• Supporting Senior Management Team with in-depth analysis
• Managing and develop the FP&A team
• Ad hoc projects and analysis
My client is looking for a strong leader who can build, lead and inspire a team in addition to building strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
Due to the constantly evolving nature of the business, this role will require you to think on your feet, manage multiple ad hoc projects and possess strong analytical skills so that you can quickly understand and interpret complex information,
Essential:
-Qualified accountant, ACA/CIMA or equivalent
-Operate with a strong commercial mind-set, and understanding of business
-Previous FP&A experience, or similar, within a large, multinational company
