£30,000 - £45,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits

Our client is a truly impressive organisation with an impressive household name looking for an experience Treasury Manager to join their rapidly growing and talented team. This is a newly created role due to company growth.

Key duties
- Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financial decisions
- Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modelling
- Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimise efficiency
- Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes
- Manage relationships with financial service providers
- Meet with cash management banks to plan cash management vs needs
- Manage, direct and develop Cash Management Staff
- Ensure payments and receipts for all transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Ensure any reconciliation items are investigated and cleared in a timely manner
- Identify and implement processing solutions
- Keep up to date with new developments in banking and ensure adequate training for the team

The successful candidate will have previous experience doing a similar role for at least 24 months. You will have cash reconciliation and banking process experience. Your excel skills with be advanced and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. You will be able to lead, train and supervise a team of at least 2 individuals. You will have proven experience of working within the payments industry including experience of dealing with BACs, CHAPs, international payments, direct debit and debit cards.
