Senior Financial Analyst

This very successful multinational is looking for a qualified accountant to join their business as Senior Strategic Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to contribute to improvements across the full range of FP&A outputs to Board and Group Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supporting the Group Director and the wider team to deliver:

forward looking analysis
insight of Group and BU financials for Board
Drive business performance improvement

Manage underlying processes and communications with business and Group stakeholders for group wide planning, forecasting and analysis.

Manage delivery of Business Review meetings.

Business Performance Management.

Monitoring and analysing group and business unit performance through all financial KPIs to deliver insight to key stakeholders, supporting decision making.

Manage and build key internal and external relationships, understanding business requirements and appreciating multiple perspectives, and develop appropriate interventions to deliver a quality service to customers.

Providing advice, ensuring compliance, developing new solutions, and managing and motivating team members and stakeholders in line with Finance requirements.

Demonstrate the flexibility to adapt and address changing business requirements.

Act as a senior source of professional expertise within the discipline or subject area and input into the development of appropriate approaches and policies.

Skills Knowledge and Experience

Degree or equivalent

Qualified Accountant

Exceptional financial analysis skills

Excellent understanding of strategic/business issues

Strong communication skills

Ability to lead a group-wide process

Extensive experience in a finance or strategy role

Proven track record of working well in teams across functions and businesses.
