 Global Organisation urgently requires an experience Financial Analyst to join the business on a temporary assignment.  Duties of the Financial Analyst include:

·    Assist in the design, preparation and collection of actuals/FY17 budget  packs for cost centre managers for budget preparation
·    Assist with a project to select and implement a time, attendance, and workforce planning system
·    Assist with a project to develop a global monthly management pack
·    Monthly non-recurring revenue and equipment resale analysis
·    Monthly review of P&L to asses requirement for accruals and prepayments, month on month/forecast analysis of costs
·    Assist in the monthly P&L flux reporting
·    Monthly payroll SOX control
·    Monthly preparation of UK management pack (Powermat)
·    Assist in the quarterly SOX control reporting
·    Assist with the headcount actuals and forecast reporting
·    Monthly update of the power cost report
·    Monthly cost centre reporting
·    Assist with PO coding/budget checks
·    Support adhoc business as usual queries. 

The Financial Analyst must have strong analytical skills, experience in a FP&A or financial analyst role.  Strong Excel skills, comfortable with manipulating large volumes of data and presenting them for both for finance and non-finance audiences. The candidate must be able to multitask and prioritise and be comfortable to work from their own initiative at times.  Experience of Hyperion and Oracle Financials is advantageous.  Previous experience working for a Global/Multi-Site Organisation is essential.
