My client is a well respected player within the development sector. Due to growth they have created a new Commercial Accountant role to strengthen their focused and dynamic team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Production of monthly management accounts
Monitoring and review financial performance of various properties
Budgeting and forecasting
Variance analysis
Assisting with the year end and half year end reporting process
Internal and external joint venture reporting
Business partnering senior members of non finance staff
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant who has outstanding business partnering skills and a strong commercial acumen coupled with a strong drive to succeed. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written and ideally you will have worked within the real estate sector.
