Your new company is a global publicly listed Insurance Group with offices across the world. This role sits within their strategic team at their London City office.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the identification and preparation of strategic decisions including M&A and divesture activity. This is a truly end to end role, spanning from market analysis to taking portfolios to market. You will sit within a team who business partner with the group to support the strategic decisions including analysis, preparation and execution.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in M&A within Insurance. You will need to have operational insurance experience and experience within a transactional space.

What you'll get in return
