Axon Resourcing are currently recruiting a Finance Manager (Band 7), an excellent opportunity for someone outside of the NHS to join a large creditable Trust in Birmingham.
Duties include:
- Acting as the lead financial specialist in the Group, supporting the Group Managers and Divisional Finance Manager in providing a comprehensive financial and performance management service within the Division.
- Influencing decision making within the Division through the provision of business and expert financial advice and support to the Group Manager, other Senior Operational Managers, Clinical staff and Budget Managers within the group(s).
- Managing one or more support staff to deliver both Group and Divisional financial and performance objectives.
- Reporting of financial and non-financial performance management information, supporting the Divisional Finance Manager in the annual financial planning and budget setting process for the Group(s), supporting the development of the Trust’s Local Delivery Plans (LDPs) with commissioners, identification and reporting of efficiency savings and the development of business cases.
The post holder does NOT require NHS experience but must of worked in a large and complex business and be able to hit the ground running.
