Commercial Finance Accountant/Analyst

International market leading business based in Huddersfield currently require an ambitious CIMA/ACCA studying accountant to undertake an extremely varied role within their accounts function.


Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will be expected to assist with the production of the management accounts to board pack as well as dealing with some detailed analysis. You will work with both the senior Finance and Operations Teams to assess, forecast and budget for future increases in market share as the company continues on its ambitious growth plans. As well as ensuring the month end is completed in line with deadlines, you will assist with the production of complex reports around sales, margin and pricing as well as taking a lead in any other ad hoc analysis/project work.


Ideally you will be studying towards your CIMA/ACCA qualification and be able to demonstrate both accounts and analytical exposure in your previous role. Advanced Excel skills would also be extremely desirable due to the projects you will be undertaking.
