Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant on a permanent basis with a well established company based in Derbyshire, paying between £23,000-25,000 DOE per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic accountant to join an organisation with excellent progression and development opportunities.
Duties will include:
- Consolidating the weekly financial performance
- Producing balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with the production of budgets and forecasts
- Completing variance analysis of KPIs and key cost lines
- Preparing daily quicks and regular meetings with operations team
- Collating results and writing reports for investors
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports and board paperS
Key skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate and build effective relationships
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Working towards a financial qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
