Requirements:
- Travel Industry credit control experience desirable not essential;
- At least 4-5 years credit control experience;
- Good communication skills in the written and verbal format;
- Good attention to detail and good prioritisation skills, managing customer expectations and working well with fellow colleagues in the office and remotely in other locations across the UK and in India;
- Able to follow process and ensure records are kept and notes are made in chasing of outstanding debt;
- Working with internal departments in resolving queries;
- Processing of credit cards and reconciliations;
