An exciting global media business is looking for a talented systems accountant to join their large-scale finance transformation project.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a blue chip organisation and deliver on various projects which can be run with autonomy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enforce consistent use of global chart of accounts across all business units.
- Control governance over requests for new GL account codes.
- Understanding cost and profit centre models and their underlying principles, ensuring consistent use across regions.
- Facilitates month end submissions operating smoothly.
- Maintains security profiles as process changes are made.
Personal and Professional Competencies:
- Qualified accountant with strong technical skills.
- Experience of working within Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Detail focussed.
- Able to drive simple solutions.
