Finance Controller (French Speaking)

Are you a Finance Controller from an FMCG/Manufacturing background looking for an opportunity to join a global listed business in a role where you can build your own team and implement change?
The role involves developing a team, managing one of the company's facilities, ensuring the integrity of financial plans and being able to report results to the wider business.
The company are a global FMCG organisation who manufacture a variety of products commonly seen in supermarkets across the world.
The position will be based in France for 5 days a week and the company will assist in commuting & with general living costs. Alternatively, you can be based permanently in France for this role. Initially you will be located in France for 2 years before having the opportunity to rotate to a different area of the business, most likely in London.
The role:
- Lead and develop a small finance team responsible for the factory's production variance, overheads and volume variances reporting
- Overall responsibility for the annual planning process
- Generation of robust product costs based on detailed understanding of conversion costs
- Delivery of internal/external reporting to relevant stakeholders
The person:
- Finance Controller
- Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years' experience
- Experience working in FMCG or manufacturing background (highly desirable)
- Fluent in French & English
- SAP experience (desirable)
