Role & Responsibilities:
Our client is a specialist manufacturer/distributor of products and a solutions provider to the construction / contracting sector. The Managing Director is keen to recruit a suitably qualified individual into the role of Finance Director for the company. The role is very diversified and will ensure that the individual gets heavily involved with the strategy and successful commercial development of the business. This appointment will work closely with the Managing Director focused on profitably growing the company as well as on identifying and implementing improvements within the overall UK business operations.
Expertise Requirements / Qualification Criteria:
- Chartered or certified Accountant
- Very personable with strong people leadership expertise
- Executive finance experience
- Experience of improving processes and procedures
- Ideally a background in having worked for manufacturing businesses
