A Housing Association based in Worcestershire is currently looking to recruit to a newly created Treasury Manager position on a permanent basis. The role will lead a small team responsible for the organisation's loan portfolio and long term viability. This will include managing existing loan facilities and loan security, arranging new funding, cashflow forecasting and providing financial control on an ambitious development programme.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a broad range of treasury management experience. You will be well versed in building effective relationships with funders, have experience of arranging new funding and the ability to present complex data to Board in a meaningful way. Experience in a housing association or other regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential.
