This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a household name market leader which is part of an impressive Blue Chip Multinational with operations in over 25 countries. As Management Accountant you will work closely with the UK FC with responsibility for Management Accounts across a key area of the business. Business partnering with site management teams your duties will include:

  • Supporting the FC and site/regional management teams across 3 UK sites
  • Delivering accurate, timely & informative reporting to the Senior Management Team
  • Management Accounts by site and consolidated results reporting
  • Variance analysis with narrative
  • Presentations of results to site management
  • Supporting commercial decision making & strategic planning
  • Profitability analysis & reporting
  • Supporting the FC with maximizing cash generation
  • Standard costing

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and prestigious business in a highly visible and key role. Our client is looking for a Qualified Accountant or final stage, active studier with excellent communication skills and the motivation to add real value and impact to the success of the business. Strong MS Excel and analytical skills are required to capture, interrogate, understand and explain the current/future performance of this key business segment. The ability to operate in a matrix organization with multiple customers is essential as is the ability to challenge the current way of working. Previous operational and product costing experience is desirable but not essential. Benefits include a competitive salary c£35,000 - 40,000 (There could be some flexibility on salary dependant on skills & experience), 25 days holiday, Bonus (to 10%), Impressive pension scheme (to 8% contribution), free car parking and an 8.30am-5.00 working week.
