Macildowie are supporting a well known Derbyshire based organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to undertake a financial reporting role centered around both financial and management accounting tasks.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and high volume environment and will be responsible for leading and managing a multidiscipline team.
Key experience required:
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Experience in leading and managing a large, multi-disciplinary team
- Strong background in working in a fast paced and high volume credit control environment
- Strong financial and management accounting background
- Experience in process improvement and implementing change within a financial accounting environment
