I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist for a large retail business. You must be immediately available or on 1 week notice.
Responsibilities:
- oversee entry of hours from Kronos into Oracle;
- using people and assignment data within R12;
- run a gross earnings payroll in a supplementary r12 environment;
- check, review, and validate payroll output;
- review and correct any data issues if required;
- prepare final gross earnings file and pass to new company to allow them to calculate net pay;
- act as point of contact with new company on any queries / questions;
- if required, produce any costing report / breakdown
