Robertson Bell Finance are excited to be working with a leading, £250m commercially minded Not for Profit Group based in central London. Due to business growth, they have a new opening for a part qualified Financial Accountant. You will report into a highly capable Finance Manager, who will give you the full support and training needed to grow and develop in this role.
The Financial Accountant is very much a varied role and will include; statutory accounting, business partnering, tax, process improvement and managing the finances for a small subsidiary. Therefore, giving you plenty of CV enhancing opportunities.
Main responsibilities will include; assist in producing the annual financial statements and consolidations; assist in the external audit, including preparation of the audit pack and liaising with the auditors throughout the process; business partner with two main departments, having full accountability for your own budget holder and assist with the forecasting, planning and reporting process. You will also assist in various projects throughout the year.
This is a newly created role and offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands on experience with an organisation that promotes internal development. Worth noting, full study support will be provided.
The successful candidate will be a part qualified accountant, excellent analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance staff. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a positive, proactive individual with a constant drive for personal progression and development.
