Management Accountant

Fast-growing and vibrant Property Company based in London's Mayfair area is looking for an experienced and qualified Management Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager in a growing team of 7 duties will include:

-Production of monthly management accounts at fund level

-Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

-Processing month end property manager packs and journals

-Analysing and scrutinising property manager monthly results and reviewing against budget

-Posting of loan amortisation, interest, and overhead allocation journals

-Posting commercial income and expense accruals

-Completion accounting for all new assets

-Preparation of individual entity stat accounts (UK GAAP)

-Assistance in the preparation of consolidated Group accounts for the interim and annual report

-Taking an active role in the annual audit and interim review and responding to auditors queries

-Covenant reporting to various lenders

-Liaising with various third parties and delivering information requests

Requirements:

- Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

- Solid Management Accounting experience

- Property experience would be a big advantage

- Proficient Excel skills required; Sage Line 50 experience desirable

- Excellent communication skills essential

- Candidates must be proactive, ambitious and be able to demonstrate drive and initiative

- Ability to thrive in a unstructured environment

- Sense of humour
