An opportunity for a Part Qualified / Finalist ACCA/CIMA/ACA candidate has arisen within a market leading organisation in Solihull who are looking for a good Accountant to join their ranks, and report on a series of accounts, whilst engaging with senior business stakeholders to discuss performance, improvements and limitations. The purpose of the role is to be the prime point of contact for senior management with regards to all reporting, recording and reviewing of performance within the business. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- Produce monthly accounts for review with senior management- Analysis of variance and KPI's to help identify areas of strength and weakness- Production of adjustments, accruals and prepayment journals to ensure accurate and timely records- Liaise with senior management on ad hoc work to improve overall financial standpoint- Manage and delegate to junior staff to aid their development but ably manage your own process effectively too If you're at least Part Qualified / Finalist in ACCA/CIMA/ACA with at least 2 years management / financial accounting experience, or are looking for a first move from a small / medium sized accounts practice, this is a fantastic role for you.
