Treasury Manager (International)West Berkshire £70 / 75,000 plus corporate benefits
As a result of sustained growth throughout the EMEA region my client is seeking to expand their EMEA head-office finance function by recruiting a high calibre International Treasury Manager. Reporting to the US based Head of International Treasury you will be responsible for assisting in the management and development of the international treasury function primary in EMEA but also globally.
Your duties will include :-
-Working closely with regional controllers to manage cash balances throughout the EMEA region to maintain liquidity ratios
-Ensuring all financing activities are adhered to in accordance with the corporation's policies and procedures guidelines
-Produce cash flow forecasts in order to manage business liquidity and for inclusion into group wide plans and budgets
-Foreign currency management including risks of exchange rate fluctuations for the group
-Act as the main contact with banks throughout EMEA and provide bank account support and management
-Drive an initiative to increase the internal profile of the treasury function throughout the group utilising both workshops and seminars
-Operate as a key member of the process improvement team to maximise the efficiency's of the treasury function
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a corporate treasury function. A prerequisite is to able to show demonstrable success in previous treasury management roles with strong understanding of treasury issues affecting the business and how these apply to specific regions. In order to be successful in this position the high calibre candidate must also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders within the organisation.
