Employment Tax Manager

Your new company
I am working in partnership with a truly global logistics and mail delivery company based in Sheffield to recruit an Employment Tax Manager. This is an exciting time to join a thriving international organisation in a brand new role created due to company growth.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Employment Taxes you will assist in managing the employment tax obligations of the group. Your workload will be predominantly focused on UK issues however you will be required to provide advisory work on international issues on an ad-hoc basis. You will also provide support to the corporate tax and VAT teams when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be enthusiastic, proactive and a keen learner with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to deliver professional advice on complex tax matters to non-tax specialists. It is essential that you have strong IT skills as well as research, numerical and analytical skills. You will ideally possess the CTA qualification, however candidates with a proven track record in a similar role will be considered.
