Associate Director/ Senior Manager

My client is an established player within Stoke's accountancy practice market. They have multiple offices and are renowned for providing an excellent service to limited companies and partnerships among others.

The Role

This is an opportunity to progress your career if you have an expanse of experience related to managing teams of practice accountants, and have experience within advising clients related to external audit, accounts and tax.

You will have a business development focus, and have a track record of winning new business to be considered for this role. You will attend networking events and chase leads in order to seek new opportunities for expansion.

You will assume a client portfolio directly from the existing partners and alleviate some of the burden on them. This will form the foundation of a potentially lucrative path to director, with the option of equity a real prospect.

The Candidate

You will be a qualified accountant with significant experience gained after qualification, within accountancy practice. You will have developed and led teams, and won new business.

You will be seeking to develop your career in to an equity partnership eventually. Senior management experience or previous associate director status within an established practice is a red line essential for this role.
