A large transport organisation based in central London.
Your new role
The role is key to ensuring that all Property Management data is kept up-to-date, including property data. Working on mini cleanse activities where appropriate and sanctioned by the Principal Property Surveyor
This role will be responsible for compiling and production of value added financial/commercial analysis and It is revenue generating instead of costing the business money
What you'll need to succeed
Property experience is a must and advanced excel skills.
What you'll get in return
This role will pay up to £330 a day either on an umbrella or PAYE basis for 9 months.
