A fast-growing SME backed by Venture Capital requires a talented Finance Director with insurance sector experience to join the leadership team.
Working closely with the CEO, a leading figure in his industry, this role is designed to support and challenge with a focus to help drive growth and expand the business prior to an exit.
The Finance Director will have gained insurance (preferably general or broking) sector experience. You will be a true business partner capable of helping scope and implement the strategic direction of the business whilst ensuring there are effective financial controls and governance across the business.
We are looking for a natural finance leader who has ideally worked in smaller, high growth ventures previously and has the commercial acumen and approach to help deliver growth prior to a positive exit. We would also consider a Senior Manager from practice who possesses the insurance sector knowledge combined with a commercial mindset, who is looking to move out into their first finance leadership position.
This organisation has made substantial in-roads into its market and is today already a sell-able asset.
