Condeco Group are a rapidly growing global technology company based in London Docklands with subsidiaries in USA, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Dubai, France, Germany and Sweden.

We are looking to reinforcing our financial leadership team with an experienced Financial Controller to take over internal control, compliance and financial reporting responsibilities. Reporting to the CFO, located in the same office, the Group Financial Controller will work closely with regional Finance Directors and a small local professional finance team which includes a Group F,P&A Manager and a Group Systems Accountant and a Group Finance Manager that will report directly to the Group Financial Controller.

The role will be responsible for-

The Internal Controls

  • Advising the board on managing financial risk
  • Advising on internal controls and compliance
  • Monitoring legal, statutory and fiscal compliance globally
  • Deploying and evolving global policies and procedures.

Operational Finance

  • Group cash planning and reporting to financiers
  • Managing the deployment of the transfer pricing policy
  • Maintaining appropriate cost control procedures
  • Managing UK Group payroll, accounts payable and expenses
  • Coordinating Group treasury activity and funding
  • Managing day to day banking relationships

Financial Accounting and reporting

  • Monitoring legal, statutory and fiscal compliance globally
  • Accounting and consolidated financial reporting (under FRS102)
  • Ensuring strong balance sheet management
  • Guide and provide assurance on appropriate revenue recognition practices
  • Manage relationship with group auditors and tax advisors

We are looking for someone with experience in a multi-currency business working in an international group, ideally within a technology or service business, "Software as a Service" or a subscription business model would be an advantage. CCAB qualified with a minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience, having come from an audit or consultancy background.
