Rate of Pay: £24-27,000

Hours: 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Context and Purpose: This role is to control and improve production of all financial management information and financial reporting and provide technical expertise in support of delivering the organisation’s KPIs.

Providing support to the business as a valued and trusted support team member and Ensuring information is timely and accurate and that interpretation is provided that will support and promote sound business decision making. Developing colleague’s skills and capability to achieve a professional accounting qualification.

Knowledge:

• Management accounting
• Anchor Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Accounting for Rented & Leasehold locations & Care Homes

Skills:

• Advanced Excel and IT skills
• Good working knowledge of Agresso, Hyperion & Northgate
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Managing and coaching        

Experience:

• Production and interpretation of the period end accounts
• Process improvement & documentation
• Variance Analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
