To maximise these opportunities there is now a clear need for a commercially astute Finance professional who can capture new ideas, manage projects to fruition and support the  delivery of challenging yet realistic growth plans.

Working closely with an aspirational leadership team and participating fully in the evaluation, development and implementation of strategic initiatives, your involvement will be total.

Happy to be hands on, responsibilities will include the timely preparation of monthly management accounts; the provision of insightful, commercially-focused management information and analysis; the rigorous review and enhancement of internal control processes and procedures; the provision of support and guidance to operational managers; cash flow forecasting and treasury management; and the leadership of a small finance team.

A proven Finance Director you have an opportunity to make a real contribution to the business in this new role.

A graduate accountant, you can demonstrate real success gained within an international, logistics or on-line retail environment. You will be pragmatic, incisive and analytical; resilient, results orientated and prepared to get your hands dirty.

Great with numbers, at the same time you will bring a proven commercial value add. Your people and communication skills will be robust and first rate. Some experience of international business environments together with some exposure to driving efficiencies, whilst not essential would be an advantage.
