Commercial Finance Analytics Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a top quality commercial finance person to assume a business commercial role with a London Property developer. This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance analyst to gain an in depth understanding of the commercial workings of a blue chip firm, whilst building on key finance skills and competencies, and supporting the finance group and the investment committee deliver.

While the role requires a finance background the focus is to utilise technology solutions such as advanced excel models, data visualisation tools and other applications to enhance the control environment, drive efficiency into our processes and most importantly deliver insight/analysis which will drive improved business performance.

Business partnering of both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the office and the field teams will be required to understand the challenges and deliver fit for purpose solutions.

This role reports to a commercially driven Head of Finance who knows the workings of the business inside out.  For him to be impressed, candidates must have flawless academics, a finance qualification and demonstrable analytics experience (including the use of technology to drive efficiency).  Property or Real Estate experience will be looked upon favourably but is a “nice to have” as opposed to a requirement.  For the right individual, this role could open multiple doors in one of the UK’s best respected Property Developers.
