Finance Analyst
Full or part time, fixed term (maternity cover for up to 12 months), based central Reading, Berkshire
Salary £38,000-£43,000 pa (full time equivalent) plus benefits
University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is the leading international provider of supported online learning for the Built Environment, with over 90 years’ experience in providing the highest quality learning opportunities for the industry. UCEM offers a range of property-related academic programmes, as well as providing professional development and tailor-made corporate training courses.
Working within the Finance Team, you will support the Academic Team and Head of Finance to plan and manage the variable costs of academic course delivery; this will include the two largest variable costs, e-books and Associate Tutor resourcing.
You must be CCAB qualified with experience of working in a busy finance department. As well as these skills, you must always have experience in the analysis of complex variable business costs and you must possess experience in managing financial, tax, VAT and management accounting.
Any experience in a similar sector or organisation is desirable and knowledge of Agresso and ADP iHCM is advantageous but not essential.
