A leading media business based in South London, are looking for a lead financial analyst to provide Senior Management with financial information to manage and control capital by analysing & reviewing data. The role will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of reported results to ensure integrity and understandability.
- Understand and correct abnormalities and anomalous results.
- Prepare annual budgets for all entities
- Prepare monthly reports for European and Global boards.
- Ensure all reporting is within IFRS standards
- Review forecasts and identify/follow up on any issues
The ideal candidate:
- ACA/CA qualified with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS and US GAAP is essential
- Fluent in at least one additional language would be an advantage
- Experience presenting financial information to senior management and other staff members
- Structured approach to work, good analysis skills and a focus on process improvement
