Head of Consultancy | Senior Executive

£140000 - £160000 per annum + benefits + bonus + generous package
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within the actuarial market for a talented senior pensions actuary.
Working closely with the Chief Actuary, you will assist with the strategy and the continued growth of the business in a newly created role. You will be responsible for the continued growth of this division, senior level stakeholder engagement and man management.
Requirements include:
* Qualified pensions actuary with significant post-qualification experience
* Scheme Actuary certificate
* Motivation and ambition to play a key role in the direction of the wider business
* Experience of building, leading, recruiting, developing and motivating teams
* Commercial awareness, and excellent negotiation and communication skills
