Robertson Bell Finance are looking to recruit an Interim Divisional Finance Manager for a dynamic Not for Profit organisation based within Oxfordshire. This vibrant term-time role will report to the Divisional Financial Controller and have a duration of 12 months, due to commence from September.
The key duties within the role will include;
-Line managing and supporting two direct reports.
-Drafting budgets and quarterly forecasts.
-Actively leading on year end.
-Supporting departmental heads with management accounts.
-Advising administration staff within their transactional duties.
-Training new budget holders alongside other Divisional Finance Managers.
The successful candidate will; have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to motivate and engage staff. You will have leadership experience and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with members of staff at all levels. You will have experience of management accounting, budgeting and planning within a large accounting environment.
You will be immediately available or on a short notice period to be considered for this role.
