Commercial Finance Manager

The Commercial Finance Manager reports into the Head of Commercial Finance and plays a pivotal role in supporting and challenging the business to deliver its targets. You will deal with a variety of stakeholders across the whole business whilst providing a variety of support that will directly improve bottom line.

The role:-
• Support and proactively develop a variety of relationships including Sales and Operational teams
• Work closely with the Commercial leads in providing insightful commercial and financial analysis to improve business performance
• Manage the monthly and quarterly commercial business performance review process
• Responsible for the delivery and improvement of existing reporting models and financial controls
• Work with the Head of Commercial Finance to lead the budgets, forecasts and sales target production
• Provide ad-hoc support to colleagues with Commercial Finance and the wider business
• Management and development of a Commercial Analyst

The candidate:-
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong commercial and financial experience
• Good systems knowledge including detailed Excel and Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge and experience of managing large data volumes, decision making, information systems, etc
• Champion continuous improvement and customer focus
• Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills
