The Homes and Communities Agency is the national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England. We contribute to economic growth by helping communities to realise their aspirations for prosperity and to deliver high-quality housing that people can afford. The HCA is also responsible for the regulation of social housing providers, ensuring that the sector is financially viable, well-managed and delivers value for money.

There is a vacancy within Finance for a Specialist, responsible for the accounting and reporting of loans and equity, including the Help to Buy scheme. The post holder will control the systems which are essential to the monitoring, accounting and valuation of Help to Buy and other financial investments, ensuring that processes and systems are rigorously controlled and adapt to evolving requirements. This is a technical role requiring analytical skills and an understanding of controls in a high volume transaction environment.
