Main Duties and Responsibilities:Production of management accountsProducing month profit and loss accounts for around 40 entitiesPreparing detailed monthly control accounts including: maintenance of the companies fixed asset register, reconciliation of the accruals and prepayments schedules, reconciliation of trade debtors and creditors for the company, reconciliation of salary control accounts, etc.Reconciling the companies head office bank account as well as reviewing the bank and petty cash reconciliations for each bank account.Assisting with the production of month end reports.Variance analysis for KPI's.National Statistics returns.Assisting with year end audit.Assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets.Any other ad hoc jobs as requested by the group financial controller or senior management accountant.
