Senior Accountant

A leading City of London based management consultancy are looking to hire a Senior Accountant. The role is a 14 month maternity cover contract. The position will start in October 2017. Please don't apply for this role if you can't start in October. You'll be reporting in to the Head of Finance. The job has arisen due to several foreign acquisitions over the last 12-18 months.

You will hold monthly meetings with Internal Managers (e.g. marketing, IT) to discuss their monthly budgets and suggest areas of improvement or encourage the continuation of good practice. Candidates will be reviewing Work in Progress (WIP) with various managers.

The successful applicant will create the London office's financial reporting pack and compile an overview for the Senior Partners. Candidates need to be strong enough to challenge Senior Partners, Senior Managers and stakeholders and have the flair and innovation to come up with new ideas.
