Group Financial Controller

A well established and highly regarded Property Group are currently looking to recruit a Group Financial Controller to support the business from a reporting and controls perspective, in order to facilitate their continued strong performance and growth. The company is currently undergoing a transformation project within finance to best enable the business’ ability to adapt and stay competitive in an ever changing industry.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for group-wide consolidations
• Being the key point of contact for any technical finance queries from senior leadership
• Ownership and implementation of all changes and developments relating to IFRS
• Leading month end reporting across the group, ensuring correct procedure is adhered to
• Full accountability for ensuring robust corporate governance and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Managing corporate relationships across Audit, Tax and Treasury
• Leading and developing a team

The ideal candidate should be qualified (ACA/ACCA) with experience of implementing and maintaining a controls focused environment in a large listed business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to both progress their career and build upon their existing experience.
