Part qualified - Commercial analyst

We are looking to recruit a Commercial Analyst - Assistant Accountant to join the talented team. Reporting in to the Commercial Finance Manager your main remit will be to provide clear and effective commercial finance partnering. The role will be business partner for the Product & Retail division encompassing analytical ownership of the department. The driving force of this role is aimed at how the business can make more money and this person will play a key role in driving the business forward.

Main Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of the Budget and Forecast
• Accruals and prepayments
• Reconciliation of all labour/payroll costs
• return on investment on promotional activity

Skills required:

• You will be Part Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
• You will have previous experience of working in a commercial role.
• You will possess strong PC skills and must be competent in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• You must be able to work well under pressure and manage priorities.
• You will have good interpersonal skills with a confident ability to communicate results of analysis to senior managers and directors.
