Financial Controller

Our client is a well known and private equity backed high profile restaurant business, and they're looking for a Financial Controller. This is a dynamic role with commercial and operational elements, which requires candidates who are both technically strong and driven for progression to become a Finance Director.

You will report directly to the CFO, and the role will include: handling the day to day function for the business, and liaison with Private Equity. Your work will assist with propelling the company through its next phase of growth. As a leader in the finance team you will take on considerable management responsibilities, including training and mentoring, across the team.

This is an exciting business with the potential to expand internationally. If you are confident in your ability to work and motivate others in a fast paced environment, driving continuous improvement across an increasingly complex organization, this is a fantastic opportunity. Multisite experience, ideally in hospitality or consumer sector, is a prerequisite, as is an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
