Commercial Finance Director

An established property investment firm are seeking a Commercial Finance Director to join their London team. Based in excellent offices, the company specialises in both commercial and residential developments and has grown significantly in the last twenty years.

As Commercial Finance Director you would be responsible for financial management of the business, overseeing general book keeping, overseeing annual accounts and audit by the external accountants as well as taking care of secretarial duties. You will also perform also critical investment and acquisition analysis, forecasting and financial modelling. The company are keen for the successful candidate to take on business development and bring in new contacts for joint ventures and alternative finance sources.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in property investment or property development as well as knowledge of sourcing prospective acquisitions and networking in the real estate space.
