An experienced, talented and ambitious M&A / Transaction Tax Manager or Senior Manager is required by this leading International Consultancy to assist with the continued growth of this area within the business.

You will be responsible for working with and advising both medium size and major Private Equity firms on  buy side and sell side deals as well as being involved with a range of other transactions, restructurings and advisory projects.

As such you are likely to be an ambitious Manager or Senior Manager with a Big 4 firm who is looking for the next stage of your career. You will become an integral part of the team's growth plans and business development initiatives and will be given every opportunity to progress rapidly.
