Our client, a rapidly growing PE Backed business based in the Portsmouth area is seeking to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager / Financial Controller on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for managing and developing a small finance team. You will take ownership of producing company management and financial accounts including involvement in annual statutory reporting. There will be a key focus on improving processes and systems to reduce reporting timescales and to develop robust forecasting and budgeting.
The successful applicant will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and will have experience of working in a commercial, ideally fast-moving organisation. The company has an aggressive growth strategy and you are likely to benefit from the career development opportunities these plans offer.
