A global business who service some of the most prestigious business' in the UK are seeking a highly commercial and numerate Finance Analyst.

The main focus will be around the production and analysis of commercial Flash and P&L, KPIs, commercial reporting analysis, and building and developing models for financial analysis

The role will provide on-going support to senior stakeholders and you must have the strength of character to challenge on budget and forecasting decision.

Daily duties will include:

• Preparations of commercial analysis on P&L focus areas to distribute to stakeholders across the business with insightful commentary.
• Preparation & completion of month end analysis (reconciliations) for P&L focus areas.
• Tracking key budget initiatives, proactively challenging the business to ensure strategic goals are achieved
• Working within the P&L focus area but across all accounts to deliver simplicity and consistency across all customer bases and align working practices to maximize efficiency.
• Proactively examining the commercial aspects of the P&L to provide transparency and visibility to key stakeholders
• Build financial models to compare suppliers

This role would suit a CIMA or ACCA part qualified or finalist candidate that has previous exposure to working in an analytical role. The role will be commercially driven offering great opportunity to develop your career and would be well aligned to confident, commercially aware individuals who have the ability to think outside of the box and are not afraid to voice their opinions on the bigger picture.
