International media business based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA looking for their first move out of practice.
Reporting into the Head of Reporting your main responsibilities would include to support the monthly reporting process; owning the reconciliation process of a number of balance sheet accounts; work with the tax team on accounting of transfer pricing, year-end corporation tax analysis and assistance with the group tax reporting pack; assist with reporting budgets and forecasts; completion of statutory accounts, preparation of trial balances; provide ad-hoc analysis.
The successful candidate would ideally be a qualified ACA accountant. Strong knowledge of consolidations, UK GAAP and IFRS is essential.
