Head of FP&A

With ambitious plans to continue their growth and expansion across the globe, they have attracted a high profile leadership team to drive further success.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will report directly to the UK Finance Director, providing visibility of divisional performance and initiates to senior stakeholders at group level.

• Responsible for 5 operating companies within the UK region.
• Working collaboratively with the regional Finance Directors and business leads to drive change across financial reporting, continually benchmarking and highlighting new opportunities for change.
• Providing day to day financial and commercial support to the Managing Directors across each operating company; including financial analysis, performance management, forecasting and commercial insight.
• Manage production of centralised month end reporting.
• Consolidation of forecasting across 5 operating companies.
• Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and “best in class” working methods.

Key Criteria:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).
• Worked at group level managing a number of operating companies.
• Demonstrable track record in commercial analysis & evaluation and business planning.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of backgrounds and locations.
• Evidence of commercial contribution in understanding the performance drivers of a business.
• A strong attention to detail and to constructively challenge and influence at all levels.
