The business are currently experiencing high growth as they aim to go from 25 million T/O to 50 million. They therefore are looking for professionals who can impart their experience within a fast paced environment.
The role will require the successful candidate to be hands on, adding high level of commercial value to the team and wider business whilst also improving performance of month end processes.
The Role
Supervising small team
Responsible for delivery of the monthly management accounts process
Review of year end accounts
Business partnering with divisional heads of department including Sales, IT, HR and Marketing
Financial Planning and Analysis - particular focus on margin, cost and profit across whole balance sheet
Presenting to senior stakeholders and business directors
The Candidate
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
Retail experience desirable but not essential
Exposure to senior stakeholders
Business partnering experience is ideal
Excellent communication
