Interim Financial Controller

We are working with a strong, robust, £10 m turnover subsidiary manufacturing business who are looking to cover their Number 1 finance head for a period of 12 months covering maternity.

Your role will be to ensure all Group reporting deadlines are delivered on time along with a monthly results, quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets. You will maintain strong financial controls through balance sheet reconciliations, project profitability reporting and co-ordination of external twice yearly audits.

Your key responsibilities will be month end reporting, Annual Budgeting, Quarterly reforecasts, Ad hoc information requests, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Project profitability reporting, Audit co-ordination, Statutory Accounts/Corporation Tax/Co's House annual confirmation statement & annual P11d's and Preparing and present board reports.

As well as this you will be mentoring a Finance Team Leader & team of 3.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly and approachable and hands on with strong management accounting experience who is confident to run this small but busy finance function. The role will run for 12 months starting from October 2017.
